About
We're closing the strategy-execution gap.
67% of company strategies fail at execution. We started Mnage because we believed AI could solve this — not with another dashboard, but with an autonomous execution engine.
Our story
We've all been there: ambitious quarterly goals set in a strategy offsite, carefully decomposed into OKRs, loaded into a project management tool — and then... nothing. Status updates become fiction. Follow-ups fall through the cracks. Tasks marked "done" without real proof.
The scale of the problem is staggering. Research from PwC shows the strategy-execution gap destroys $3.2 trillion in value annually. Harvard Business Review reports that 67% of well-crafted strategies fail at execution — not because they're wrong, but because they never get done. Meanwhile, managers spend 15 hours per week on coordination alone: chasing updates, resolving blockers, and verifying work instead of thinking strategically.
The execution gap isn't a people problem — it's a coordination problem. And coordination is exactly what AI excels at. That insight led us to build Mnage: an AI that decomposes goals into actionable tasks, follows up via Slack with an adaptive tone suited to each team member, detects blockers from conversations in minutes instead of days, and validates proof against acceptance criteria before marking anything complete.
The result: managers review verified outcomes instead of managing processes. Teams execute instead of reporting.

What we believe
Outcomes over activity
We measure success by results delivered, not tasks created. Every feature we build must close the gap between "assigned" and "done."
AI that augments, not replaces
We believe AI should handle coordination overhead so humans can focus on creative, strategic work. We're replacing processes, not people.
Trust through transparency
Your data is yours. We never train on customer data. We publish our security practices, uptime, and how our AI makes decisions.
Built with users, not for them
Every feature ships from real user feedback. We dogfood Mnage internally — our own goals are executed by our own AI.
Why we exist
The coordination tax is real: studies show it consumes 38.5% of manager time. That's hours spent on status meetings, chasing updates, nudging people for deliverables, and verifying that "done" actually means done. Meanwhile, strategic decisions pile up unanswered.
Existing tools don't solve this. Project management software tracks work but doesn't execute it — someone still has to chase every task. OKR tools set goals but don't drive them — they're dashboards, not engines. The gap between "we decided to do X" and "X is verified complete" remains manually bridged.
Our thesis: AI can handle the coordination layer autonomously so humans focus on strategy. Mnage doesn't replace project managers or team leads — it executes the tedious, repetitive work of follow-up, blocker detection, and proof validation that today burns 15+ hours per week per manager.
Our vision: a world where every company goal automatically becomes a completed, verified result. No status theater. No follow-up debt. Just outcomes.
