By accessing or using the Services provided by Safeledger Private Limited ("Mnage," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Mnage provides an AI-powered execution engine that helps organizations turn goals into verified outcomes. Our Services include AI-powered goal decomposition, autonomous follow-ups, proof validation, blocker detection, and integrations with third-party tools.

To use the Services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are as described on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually at your election
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions
• Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content through the Services
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Services to develop a competing product
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

You retain all rights to your data. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Data portability: You may export your data at any time through our export tools or by contacting support.

Data deletion: Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Our AI generates task decompositions, follow-up messages, validation results, and other outputs. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed by humans for critical decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

The Services integrate with third-party platforms (Slack, ClickUp, Jira, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party services.

The Services, including all software, design, content, and documentation, are owned by Mnage and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mnage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mnage, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
