Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and role. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe).

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Services, including pages visited, features used, tasks created, and integration activity. This data is used to improve the product and provide analytics.

Integration Data

When you connect third-party services (Slack, ClickUp, Jira), we access only the data necessary to provide our Services. This includes messages in channels where Mnage is installed, task data, and user profile information from those platforms.

AI-Processed Data

Our AI processes task descriptions, follow-up conversations, proof submissions, and organizational signals to provide autonomous execution capabilities. This data is processed in real-time and stored securely.

We do not use your data to train our AI models. Your organizational data, conversations, and task information are used solely to provide Services to you. Our AI models are trained on anonymized, aggregated datasets that cannot be traced back to any individual customer.

Proof submissions (screenshots, files, URLs) are processed by our AI for validation purposes only and are stored according to your data retention settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Cloud infrastructure (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics tools
• Integration partners: Data shared with Slack, ClickUp, or Jira as necessary for integration functionality
• Legal compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.

Our Services are hosted in the United States and the European Union. We transfer data using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR. EU customers can request data residency in our Frankfurt region.
