Jira integration
Full bi-directional sync with Jira. Issues, statuses, comments, and assignments stay in sync automatically. Supports Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center.
Enterprise plan
SSO/SAML, custom SLA, dedicated account manager, and on-premise deployment options now available for enterprise customers.
Follow-up tone calibration
The AI now calibrates tone more aggressively based on response patterns. Employees who respond quickly get lighter check-ins; stalled work gets more direct nudges.
Proof validation timeout
Fixed an issue where large file uploads (>10MB) would timeout during proof validation. Uploads now stream in chunks.
Daily briefing redesign
Manager briefings now include risk indicators, blockers by severity, and predicted completion dates. Sent at your preferred time via Slack DM.
Autonomy Score breakdown
The Autonomy Score dashboard now shows per-team and per-employee breakdowns, with trend lines and contributing factors.
ClickUp webhook reliability
Resolved intermittent webhook delivery failures that caused task status desync between ClickUp and Mnage.
Proof validation v2
Multi-modal proof validation now supports screenshots (with vision AI), CSV/spreadsheet analysis, URL liveness checks, and document content review.
Blocker auto-resolution
The AI now detects dependency language in Slack conversations, creates blockers automatically, identifies resolvers, and escalates if unresolved within a configurable window.
Multi-region deployment
Added EU region (Frankfurt) for data residency compliance. All new EU customers are automatically routed to the EU region.
Autonomy Score
Track what percentage of tasks complete without manager intervention. Includes weekly trends, team benchmarks, and improvement suggestions.
Goal decomposition v2
AI-powered goal decomposition now considers org structure, employee skills, current workload, and historical performance when creating and assigning tasks.
Slack thread context
Follow-up messages now include richer context — linking to relevant tasks, showing deadline proximity, and referencing previous updates.
ClickUp integration
Bi-directional task sync with ClickUp. Tasks created in Mnage auto-create in ClickUp, and status changes sync in real-time.
Adaptive follow-ups
Follow-ups now adapt tone, timing, and urgency based on each employee's communication profile and response history.
